The air cushion is one of the parts subject to technical control . In the event of a leak, malfunction or cracks in the lower area of the rubber membrane, a check-up will be required.

Adaptable parts are often produced with reclaimed rubbers which contain impurities. Their resistance will therefore be reduced.

I find Genuine parts too expensive, I prefer to buy adaptable air bags.

There are many differences between Genuine parts and adaptable parts. Renault Trucks engineers have noted the use of different materials, less resistant than the natural rubber used for Genuine parts.
